At RubiaVPN, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our VPN service on Android or iOS.
Information We Collect
RubiaVPN does not require an account, email address, or phone number. We may collect limited technical diagnostic information needed to identify and troubleshoot connection problems, such as connection status, error information, performance information, crash data, and technical logs generated while the app is operating. We do not collect, inspect, or retain the contents of your internet traffic, browsing activity, destination websites, DNS requests, or VPN payload data.
How We Use Information
Technical information is used to diagnose connection problems, improve app stability and reliability, fix errors, and provide technical support when necessary. We do not use VPN traffic, browsing activity, or diagnostic information for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.
Data Retention
We retain technical diagnostic information only for as long as reasonably necessary to troubleshoot and improve the service. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized. We do not retain browsing activity, downloaded content, destination websites, DNS requests, or VPN payload data.
No-Logs Policy
RubiaVPN does not track, collect, or share your browsing activity, downloaded content, destination websites, DNS requests, or VPN payload data. Limited technical diagnostics may be collected only for troubleshooting and service reliability.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Analytics and Third-Party Services
RubiaVPN uses Google Analytics for Firebase for app analytics, crash diagnosis, performance monitoring, and product improvement. Google Analytics may process an app instance identifier, device and app information, app launches, screen views, feature interactions, crash information, performance information, and approximate regional or language information. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising or cross-app tracking, and we do not intentionally send VPN traffic, browsing activity, destination websites, DNS requests, names, email addresses, or phone numbers to Google Analytics. On iOS, subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store and StoreKit. On Android, subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Apple and Google process payment information required for purchases; RubiaVPN does not receive or store payment card numbers, bank account details, or complete payment credentials. RubiaVPN may process limited transaction and subscription status information to verify purchases, provide subscription benefits, restore purchases, and manage subscription access. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.
Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also manage platform privacy settings and subscription settings through your device, Apple App Store, or Google Play.
